Sister sites are sites that are connected through a common theme. After much talk, we at Hogwarts Galaxia, have decided that the time had come for us to join in doing what so many others have been. We feel that our site has grown tremendously over the past several years and would love for it to reach people all over the internet. We would also like to associate our site with others that show the same passion for HP roleplaying as we do.
In choosing to do this, we have collectively agreed on certain guidelines to look for in sites interested in affiliating with us:
If you feel as if your site meets our guidelines, then we are interested in hearing from you. Please fill out the following form and reply in this thread. We will check this thread daily and will respond as soon our staff has looked at your site. Our ad must already be up on your site and in a static (not moving) position in order for us to accept your application.
Again, we sincerely appeciate your interest in affiliating with Hogwarts Galaxia. We look forward to checking out your site.

Must be RP, HPRP or HP related.
- As much as we appreciate anyone's hard work in creating a website, at this time we feel we should begin with connecting with other HP and RPing fans across the globe.
Must be active.
- Membership is key to any site's survival. As of now, we ask that your site have at least 15 active members.
Must be supportive of other's hard work.
- We've all disagreed with people and their views at points in time. After doing the same ourselves awhile ago, our outlook on respect in the RPing community has changed. Hogwarts Galaxia stands by its word when we say that we have respect for ALL Harry Potter related sites. We would not like to associate our site with any that frequently trash talks or puts down another site or steals graphics/characters from other sites. If we are made aware of claims from another site, we reserve the right to investigate and dismantle our affiliation.
Must have administrative interest.
- As much as we appreciate your interest, we ask that only administration members of your board fill out this form. We do not want to be associated with anyone who does not want to be associated with us.
Must have seperate area for Sisters/Partners.
- In choosing to exclusively affiliate, we hope that you would have a seperate area for banners as we do for ours. We feel that there is a difference between scrolling/statics and sisters/partners.
