What would a typical day in your character's life be like?
Marlon usually gets up exceedingly early and fill the time until his housemates decide to rise with schoolwork as well as writing a quick note and sending it off to his sister, Cammie, over at the Hardy estate. Once his dorm mates are up, Marlon will head down to breakfast and then to his classes, which he takes extremely seriously. Having to provide for both himself and his sister, he is determined to do well in his exams and then obtain a well-paying job to continue doing so.
He spends the afternoons working out and practicing his spellwork as well as duelling, keeping his skills and strength honed to be prepared should he ever have to defend Cammie. In the evenings, he is either found studying or out with a couple of friends or his sister. It is then he sometimes lets loose somewhat, showing a wilder side that doesn't usually make an appearance in his strong and silent usual self.

Sitting at one of the tables in the Great Hall, Marlon anxiously looked around, attempting to spot either his sister or his owl bringing a note from his sister. This had become a daily ritual - while he knew their father was not likely to find them here in Austria, he would have preferred to have Cammie live at the castle with him, but she refused to hear it. So instead, he had adopted little rituals such as his daily note to check up on her.
With a sigh, he spotted her across the hall and, his worries settled somewhat, waved to her before taking off for the Student Lounge. He had some time left before his first class to revise his languages. Having learned numerous languages as a young boy, he was careful to keep his conversational skills honed to near perfection. People often stumbled into him holding conversations with inanimate objects in german, french, italian, latin, or even chinese. Marlon didn't mind their laughter, and often joked about it himself. Having just told a pillow it looked smashing today, he suddenly realized he would have to run to arrive in class on time. Grabbing a bag, he rushed off down the hall.
