[/b] – What guy doesn’t?
Partying – Wilhelm blames Emery and Kaspar for this. The house parties they used to throw in their parent’s work absences were addicting.
Working Out – He has to keep in shape for Quidditch. However, he still hits the weights when the season is over with. Not only to keep his stamina up for the next year, but because the feeling of personal achievement he gets after a good workout is immeasurable.
Boxing – His love for the sport grew after his father took him and his brothers to a boxing match when he was five. His mother condones such violence, but Wilhelm finds it to be a great outlet for any built up frustration. He always enjoys reminding her that its better he hit a bag then someone’s face.
Quidditch – He enjoys the sport, but it’s not his passion in life. Like boxing, it’s a great outlet for Wilhelm’s anger, especially since he is a Beater on Gryffindor’s house team. He is a force to be reckoned with up in the air.
Beer- There’s just so many forms of entertainment that comes from the fermented alcohol. There’s beer pong, quarters, flip cup and of course, his favorite, chugging contests.
Concerts – With the important role music has played in his family’s success, it’s no surprise that Wilhelm enjoys going to live shows to hear music in the raw. Not to mention, it always turns the girls on when he tells them ‘he is scouting for possible talent for his father’s record label’. He doesn’t tell his parents he does this though.
Sports – What guy doesn’t like sports? Besides Quidditch and Boxing, Wilhelm enjoys watching anything that requires physical activity. Like most Europeans, he is a fan of football and likes celebrating at pubs when the muggle German team wins games. He also likes the aggression that comes with American football and hockey.
Junk Food – He needs the calories and carbs to keep himself going for Quidditch. He can’t help that cookies, chips, candy and cakes are so delicious.
Wand Tag (like the muggle game Laser Tag, except you hit your opponents with hexes) – All the neighborhood boys used to get in trouble by their parents whenever they caught them playing, especially when the stupid girls tried to show they could play too. His mother often scolded him after parents of injured children he hexed yelled at her about him. Wilhelm couldn’t, and still can’t, help that he was/is good at it. It’s the only thing he can one up his brothers on. No one quite knows why boys get such a thrill over hexing others, it’s just natural.
Target Shooting – Again, he is just a guy who likes shooting things and watching them explode.
Being an ‘older brother’ type to the younger years – Since he was the youngest, Wilhelm enjoys playfully messing with the younger years. He supposes it’s just years of pent up frustration from years of his older brothers beating him up and making fun of him. Truthfully though, he is very good at giving advice and sticking up for them when needed, also similar to how Kaspar and Emery treated him.
Fighting – There is nothing, nothing that gives Wilhelm adrenaline like punching in the face of an asshole Slytherin or anyone that tries to shoot him or someone close to him down. He’s thankful for magical medicine as if it weren’t for it, his knuckles would probably be deformed behind recognition for all of the fights he has gotten in during his six years at Galaxia.

[/b] – The rivalry between Gryffindor and Slytherin means much more to Wilhelm than perhaps any other student after Gryffindor alumni, and his personal idol, Tristan Stavros. For someone who bleeds as much house pride as he does, he takes the hatred to a level beyond what is expected. He has no tolerance for their behavior and they way they conduct themselves. He also assumes that every single member is going to graduate and do things to make the world worse than it already is. He simply doesn’t trust them and thinks they are up to no good all the time. All of his detentions have come from fighting Slytherins, which makes him hate them even more.
Detention – No kid likes detention. Wilhelm has gotten used to them since he has no ability whatsoever to think about the repercussions of his actions, but that still doesn’t mean he likes them.
Chickens – A class field trip to the zoo when he was seven found Wilhelm up against a clan of angry chickens. When the class went to the petting zoo, the birds, for no reason, singled him out and began chasing him around the farm area. Two or three caught up to him at times and pecked at him. Since then, Wilhelm has a disdain for the winged creatures and takes pleasure in eating as much of them as he can when chicken is served for dinner.
School – He is good at school but wishes he didn’t have to waste a majority of his time behind doors learning about stuff that disinterests him.
Gossip – Wilhelm cannot stand listening to others talk about people. He has no problem with telling people to find better uses of their
time when he hears it.
Drama – He is too laidback to deal with that kind of crap.
Tardiness – His parents were always strict about being on time for things. Whether it was family dinners or curfews, tardiness was the only thing they were, and still are, extremely strict about. That’s why it is a huge pet peeve of his when people are late for times agreed upon. He doesn’t understand why it is so difficult for people to grasp the concept of being on time.
People making fun of his clothing – He tends to wear his mother’s design since he gives her ideas from time to time on the stuff he likes. Wilhelm is very proud of his mother’s creativity and is proud to wear the shirts and jeans from his mother’s line. He doesn’t put up with insults or criticism of his mother’s work.
Bullying – There is no explanation for people taking advantage of those who cannot properly defend themselves. No one is better than anyone else.

[/b] – Wilhelm is just naturally good at it.
Loyal to house and friends – He is loyal until the very end. He never strays unless someone does something that really hurts him.
Defender of the weak – He has a general disregard to the trouble he can get himself into as long as he can help someone in need.
Humble – People will never hear Wilhelm talk about how much money his family has, how big their house is, etc. The only reason he elaborates on the success of his family is due to his pride. He never puts himself on a higher pedestal then others.
Personable – He is a pleasant guy. His parents frequent public appearances forced them to teach their boys how to conduct themselves.
Friendly – With the exception of the Slytherins, Wilhelm is a natural people person. He is never shy when it comes to meeting new people. He is always down for good conversation.
Brave – With the exception of his fear of failure, he is practically fearless. He doesn’t fear getting into trouble or getting injured in a fight or Quidditch match. If his mind is set on something, nothing will stop him from achieving it.
Quick-thinker – This is especially useful during Quidditch matches when he is scouring for opponents to target or avoiding oncoming bludgers.
High pain tolerance – Wilhelm can thank his brothers for this one. He’s endured many bruises, a concussion and even a broken bone at the hands of their sibling teasing. He’s endured most of his pain from Quidditch though after giving hit by cheap shots and carefully aimed Bludgers. If he were a superhero, he is pretty sure his ability would be withstanding extreme amounts of pain.

[/b] –It’s the reason he fights. It only flares up when he is being provoked or watching someone get provoked, but it has been the reason for his detentions and resulting punishments at home. He cannot calmly analyze a situation before taking action.
Competitive –Wilhelm simply cannot say no to a challenge. It doesn’t matter what the activity is. If someone requests his participation, he is going to go through with it. And if he gets beat, he keeps going until he succeeds. His competitive nature often results in fights with his brothers and house mates.
Irrational – As stated earlier, he is incapable of calmly analyzing a situation. If something angers him, he reacts without thinking.
Impatient – Anything that keeps him waiting longer than five minutes makes him moody.

AMBITIONS:

[/b] – He doesn’t like school, but Wilhelm wants to please his parents by excelling in his studies.
Figuring out what he wants to do with his life before graduation –It’s not uncommon for teenagers to not know what they want to do with their lives after school is over with. However, he is concerned that he doesn’t even have an inkling of an idea of what he wants his career path to be. Wilhelm wants to find something that is going to make him happy and set him apart from the rest.
Not disappointing his parents – His parents were never that strict. Because of that, Wilhelm feels he owes it to them to make them proud of him and to continue the Hausler name.

Not being able to make a name for himself outside of his mother and father – He doesn’t want to live off of his parent’s wealth. He wants the satisfaction of making his own living and not living with them when he is still 40. He doesn’t want to take advantage of them.
Disappointing his parents – With everything they have done for him, being a failure to them is simply not an option.

[/b] – He fidgets all the time when he is anxious. This includes tapping his feet, rubbing his hands together and pacing, just to name a few.
Nail biting – His nails are disgusting.
Flicking things at Bogart, his owl – The bird never does anything to him so there’s no real reason for Wilhelm to throw bits of paper or bird seed at him, he just does it.

HISTORY:
The Hausler name has been around for many generations. The family can trace their lineage all the way back to the 1800’s, starting with Demetri Hausler. Demetri was a lowly owner of a magical apothecary. He was the first of many members of the family to own his own business. As time went on, owning a shop or some other form of business passed on through each generation of the family. After many years with his shop, Demetri retired, having saved enough funds to keep him and his family comfortable until his death in 1900. His two sons learned from his father’s business methods and expanded on that, giving the family their first true taste of wealth after their own successful ventures. Business has always been in the family’s blood and since the death of the first patriarch of the clan, the Hausler name is one of the first that come to mind for any witch or wizard trying to make it in the business world.

Wilhelm’s paternal grandfather was no different from his relatives. At the age of 30, he had chosen to pursue a career in the wizarding music industry. Having developed a love for music at an early age, which he attributed to his father’s old big band records and his mothers passion for singing around the house, he founded his record label Hausler Music Group (or simply known today as HMG) Records with the financial backing of his father. As all other businesses start, the record label had a slow development. Recorded music wasn’t nearly as fast to catch on in Europe as it was overseas in America. It also didn’t help that Agileo was very selective as to who he would sign. In the beginning, he was only interested in the big band types that his father listened to. With the addition of jazz and blues singers and bands several years on, his label got bigger. However, it was only when his middle son, Friedrich, who had also developed a passion for music, suggested he expand his talent even further that the record label really picked up and began making its presence known in the music industry. Agileo hired his son on as a Talent Scout upon Friedrich’s graduation of Hogwarts Galaxia in1980. Friedrich was sent all over Europe to find new artists to sign for his father’s label. It was at the age of 21 that he stumbled across a band in the family’s home country of Germany that his life changed forever. Waiting for a group to set the stage at a local music hall, Friedrich noticed a beautiful woman off to the side mending the suits of the band members. As the group finally began performing later on, it was all he could do to pay attention to the band and not the stunning brunette cheering them on from the side. After the performance, Friedrich instantly went to the woman. Her name was Melusine and she was an aspiring fashion designer who styled witches and wizards for a living, though mostly made her ends meet at a robe shop in a wizarding shopping distract a town over. Friedrich didn’t sign the band but he did manage to successfully a secure a date with Melusine, who wound up being the love of his life.

The two dated for two years before marrying when he was 23 and she was 21. As a team, they worked together finding new music acts as well as opportunities for Melusine to fulfill her dreams. They both often attribute one another to the success they achieved. A year after they were married, their eldest son Kaspar was born. Opting to stay at home with their first born, Melusine continue to work on her craft. With the birth of Kaspar, she was inspired by the lack of casual clothing choices that magical shops had for babies. She successfully sold her first design for a baby clothing line to a popular children’s store. Her line was an instant success. As the demand for more of her clothing grew, Melusine continued producing sketches of clothing for infants as well as lines for toddlers. Upon the birth of their second son, Emery, three years later, Melusine was an in demand designer of children’s clothes from 0-10. During the six years before their final son’s birth, her empire expanded even more to include young adult and adult clothing, including a very lucrative dress robe line for women. Requests for her clothing went as far as to the east as China and to the west as the States.

It was at the very beginning of the height of both Friedrich and Melusine’s careers that their youngest son Wilhelm was born. As to be expected, the parents doted on their youngest, causing typical sibling rivalry among the three brothers during their younger years. For the most part, however, the brothers always remained close and Kaspar and Emery were always very protective over young Wilhelm and often beat up neighborhood bullies that messed with their younger brother. Even with the late addition of Wilhelm, the family remained very close-knit. Both Friedrich and Melusine took their sons with them on the occasional business trip, though the boys preferred going with their father as they found fashion to be pointless and boring. Their father passed the love of music down to each boy with Emery going so far as to take a job underneath his father when he too graduated Hogwarts Galaxia. Kaspar chose a different route from his mother and father and opted for a job in Curse-breaking for the Gringotts bank systems after constant excelling marks in Arithmancy, Potions, Charms, Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts. He currently works for the Gringotts in Austria and is stationed in Europe. However, despite the financial success of the Hausler family, each member remains extremely humble despite their good fortune. Friedrich and Melusine made sure to treat their boys the same as any other wizarding family. They made them do chores, work for what they wanted and attend public functions as a family, just to name a few. It was very important for the heads of the family to make sure their children were always grateful for their wealth and never allow the fame and success to go to their heads.

Wilhelm is now the only Hausler boy in school. He is in his 6th year at Hogwarts Galaxia and has made a name for himself on his own terms. He is a popular Gryffindor who plays Beater for the house Quidditch team. Like his brothers, Wilhelm is known for being very outspoken an ally to those in need. After a particularly harrowing experience watching his first close friend Trace nearly die at the hands of DeathEaters, Wilhelm has taken it upon himself to protect those unable of doing so themselves. He has a taken a particular dislike to the members of Slytherin house, as he finds that every member of that house are walking examples of the people he hates. After the abuse he endured from his brothers, and a love of boxing, Wilhelm is a skilled fighter who has received more detentions than anyone in his house. His parents always punish him for his behavior, but none of their methods have ever been able to rid him of the temper that gets him in the predicaments he does. He considers himself to be a Gryffindor through and through who bleeds red and gold.

Currently, Wilhelm is undecided in his future. He is hoping to realize his life dream in his upcoming final year at Hogwarts Galaxia. His personal ambition is to achieve the success that his family was fortunate enough to achieve individually. His ultimate dream is to make a name for himself outside of the music, fashion or curse-breaking industry, wanting to be known for something completely different than the career paths of his brothers, father and mother. Only time will tell what the fates have in store for Wilhelm Hausler. All he knows is that right now, his life is good.[/font][/size]
