Silence.
It wasn't surprising. It was late. Later then it was when he normally left the Slytherin Common Room. But then again, term was over. The curfew wasn't as heavily inforced while classes weren't in session over the break. Which was good. And he was thankful. If it was the other way around, his plans for this night probably would've fell through and something he had been looking forward to ever since the Valentines Day ball would be nothing more then a memory. Atreu krept out from the Boy's Dormitory trying to keep as quiet as he could while peaking around the corners to make sure no higher years wee still lurking about the Common Room. The rules may have not be as heavily inforced, but still. Running into a prefect would only make matters more difficult and he couldn't afford that.
Slowly turning the final corner into the Common Room's main area he just barely noticed what looked like another student laying on the couch in the center of the room. Without even a second thought he froze in place his eyes fixated on the what appeared to be a Slytherin boy. Whether the boy was asleep or not wasn't of Atreu's concern. Just staying out of his attention was all that mattered right now. Slowly, he proceeded, glancing at the boy every few seconds until he was within sprinting distance of the Common Room door. Getting ready to make a dash for it he glanced at the boy once more only to realise it wasn't a boy at all. Hell, it wasn't even a person, it was a mass of blankets and what appeared to be someones robe that they had left there. A quiet sigh escaped his lips and he rolled his eyes.
Making his way towards the door once more he quietly opened it slipping through the opening with as little space as he could manage without making to much noise. Closing the door would be the tricky part. Even closing it slowly caused at least some noise. If he was careful though the other students my just consider it air escaping from the Great Hall. They were in the dungeons after all. Sounds such as those weren't uncommon. Pushing the door closed as gently as he could manage he listened as the door slide into place. Not even bothering to make sure no one woke he sprinted off towards the Storage closest just off the eastern dungeon corridor. He had found a secret room while exploring the dungeons the other night and was meant to meet Kerli Dawson there tonight. He had sent a owl to her the night before requesting her to come there, but all he could do was hope she would make the journey from the 7th floor to the dungeons.
He slowed to a walk as he approached the Storage closet and opened the door, closing it quietly behind him. Refacing the wall of the closet he reached out and pushed the concrete slab that hide the room he was meeting Kerli in aside and stepped in. The room was empty save for himself and the various shelves throught the room. It was really any kind of romantic or accomidating setting but that didn't matter. It was a place he could meet here tonight and they could once again spend time alone with one another. That was all that mattered to him. Ecspecially since the time he spent with her in the Astronomy tower the night of the Valentines Ball was one of the best and happiest moments of his life. A small smile came across his face at the thought. He didn't know exactly what it was about her yet that made him happy, but the fact remained that she did. Walking to the opposite side of the room Atreu slide down the wall and sat watching the concrete slab. That's all he could do for now. Just sit and wait. Wait for the girl who he actually enjoyed being around. Just thinking of her actually made his heart skip a beat.
