how’s that bricklayin’ coming?
how’s your engine running?
is that bridge getting built?
are your hands getting filled?

Much to her dismay, Ridley returned back to Galaxia with a horrible hangover and splitting headache to last for days. When her and Sura got together for any of their shenanigans, they always knew how to keep themselves entertained. Throwing alcohol into the equation had only corrupted their not-so-innocent little minds that much more. And now, she suffered the consequences. Her first hangover. By calling out "ill" for most of her classes for the day, many of her Gryffindor girl and guy friends alike approached her to see how she was doing. Some of her more innocent friends had genuine concern for her well being, while the ones who could smell a hangover from a mile away came to make fun and make enough noise to start a war. It was all in good fun, yes, but Ridley did wish she could just get back on her feet. So, when Amina finally came and paid her a visit, her friend was somewhere between mockery and sympathy. After--purposefully--talking a little bit too loud, opening up all the curtains in the girls' dormitory, and stomping around the floor like an elephant, Ridley nearly threw a bitchfit. Of course, Amina wasn't really doing anything out of the ordinary. Ridley was just extremely irrational and easily irritated.
But Amina did not berate her for her snappy attitude. Instead, she suggested the best possible cure for a hangover: a detox of sorts. Ridley would get back into her running routine, become fit as a fiddle, and lose the feeling of being entirely sore throughout every inch of her body. Ridley and Amina woke up in the morning together while it was still dark out. Ridley mumbled "good morning" to her housemate. Forgetting the apparent cold that came along with her morning runs, Ridley shivered while she changed into her running outfit. After a quiet, half-asleep granola bar shared between the girls, they jogged out of the castle and onto the grounds, following the trail to one of Ridley's favorite spots to run: The Waterfalls. It was such a peaceful, beautiful area, that Ridley could entirely forget about her sore muscles and half-asleep-state and just focus on running and the beautiful views around her. If that wasn't incentive enough, she had the company of her friend beside her.
"I don't know how chatty I'll be while we're running," Ridley said, almost breathless, "I've been so off my game for a while. I just haven't had time to go running. Plus, my current condition is not very ideal..." Ridley tried to laugh, but the sounds she elicited came out more like choking sounds. Mental note: Running and laughing was not the best of combinations. It was particularly hard for Ridley to find time to go running at Galaxia. And not just because of the studies, but because nothing really motivated her. At home, in her small village in Ireland, the rolling hills and the beautiful little crops really called to her: to be explored, run through, to be loved. It was a sappy and eye-rolling idea, even to Ridley, but it was true. Running in her hometown was so perfect; it always felt like an adventure. In Galaxia, Ridley was constantly dodging other students who were either sitting, running, or walking. Then, if she ran into town near Alzubra, there was even larger crowd to worry about. Plus children. Pesky children getting in her way left and right. So, her incentive had to be a friend. Bonding time.
"So, Amina," Ridley started, catching her breath again as they neared closer to the Waterfall. She was already starting to get warm, "It's been so long since we've had time to hang out. Those final exams nearly killed me," Ridley smiled and took a sip out of her water bottle between sentences, "How was your break? How are you doing?"

notes: Sorry this took so long, dear! Hope you can work well with what I gave you here. I'm going to assume that Ridley doesn't know about Amina's transformation, so that could possibly be a point of discussion. Or not. Up to you. Let me know if you need more!
