animorphs: a person with the ability to transform in to an animal. often it is said that you can tell what an animorphs personality is like by the animal they can transform in to.
a small island off the coast of america, consisting of one town and a population smaller than most cities. that's tully. hundreds of years ago it was home to humans and animorphs a like but then people started talking. accusing the animorphs of using black magic, being demons here to destroy their peaceful way of life. then the talking turned to attacks and eventually those attacks led to the animorphs being driven off the island or into hiding.
now, eighty years later, the animorphs have slowly been coming back to the island, claiming the land that was once their home. the ones who already lived there are less afraid to reveal themselves and the humans are slowly becoming more accepting. the island isn't as shrouded in mystery as it once was, now accepting holiday makers and tourists, telling them about the history of the island and the rumours that surround it.
not all is well, though, for underneath the bright exterior of the town is a dark truth. some humans aren't as trusting as they seem, other animorphs not as innocent. people are trying to keep the peace but in a town this small it's not long before something goes wrong.
